Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner thinks Eddie Nketiah, Eberechi Eze and Ismaila Sarr will be available to face Everton on Saturday.

The trio were omitted from the matchday squad who beat Doncaster 2-0 in the FA Cup on Monday with injury and sickness, respectively.

Sarr was initially expected to take part against the League Two opposition but fell unwell on Sunday evening and was forced to withdraw from the squad.

Eze was a planned omission, with Glasner giving the attacker a week off to recover from a persisting foot problem, while Nketiah twisted his ankle in training last week.

Speaking after Monday’s win at Keepmoat, Glasner shared that he ‘expects’ the trio to be available to face the Toffees at Selhurst Park.

“We missed Sarr, who was sick on Sunday night, and Eze and Nketiah, who were injured. We need every player in our squad because we need their qualities.

“I expect all three being back and available for the Everton game. It gives us more options – we need this.

“We travelled to Doncaster with 16 outfield players. We initially planned for Matheus Franca to play with our under-21s [on Monday night], but we did not have enough players. We will need everybody [if we are] to be successful until the end of the season.”
